Login Help & Support


Please note: If you have used Teachable in the past or have logged in via Google Quick Login, you may experience a disconnect when first accessing.

What you need to do is ensure you are logged in with the correct credentials, as for example, you may have a Teachable login, a Google Login that works on Teachable and a Rock Choir school course login.

You must be in the correct account, and follow a few steps to check you are in the right area.


OPTION 1:

QUICK LOG IN

(IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR TEACHABLE ACCOUNT SET UP)

• Click here: https://sso.teachable.com/secure/1678754/identity/login/password

• It will take you directly to our School's course homepage. 

• Login (with the email you used to buy the training and the password you created after clicking the link in your original authentication email) and you'll have access.


OPTION 2:

WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TEACHABLE ACCOUNT YET?

If you didn't click the link in your original authentication email, don't worry, we have a workaround!

• Go to the homepage of our school courses here: https://sso.teachable.com/secure/1678754/identity/login/password (don't go to teachable.com)

• Click 'Sign Up' and then create an account with your email.

• You must use the same email you used to buy the training. 

• Once you've done this, you'll be able to access the training.


HOW TO ACCESS YOUR TRAINING STRAIGHT AFTER PURCHASE

Please keep an eye out for an email from Rock Choir Courses/Teachable (and check your spam/junk folder too).

This should arrive just after you purchase training for the first time. 

You will need to click the link inside of the email to set a password and complete the set-up of your account.

Please note: This link expires after 7 days (and is not something we have control over). PLEASE take action to ensure you can access the training.

If you forget to do this in time, you can use the workaround above by following OPTION 2.


ABOUT ACCESSING ROCK CHOIR COURSES


We host our school on the Teachable platform (teachable.com)

• If you already have a Teachable account with the same email address you purchased the training with, you will click the link inside of the email and have immediate access to the training.

• If you have a Teachable account, but haven’t logged in for a while, you will be asked to log back in. Teachable will recognise you as one of our students and give you access to the training (remember to log in with the same email address we have for you or you won’t be recognised as one of our students!).

• If you don’t have a Teachable account you will be prompted to create one. It is free and takes a minute. Please use the same email

• Please keep your password safe. If you lose it you can request a password reset on the Login Page.


ALREADY HAVE A TEACHABLE ACCOUNT WITH A DIFFERENT EMAIL?


If you already have a Teachable account with an alternative email address, you can disconnect your setup and then use the ‘My Teachable’ feature to access all of your schools in one place, with one login.
